About Michelle
Long story short, I’m a wife to my husband of 25 years, mother of two amazing girls, and a personal transformation and success coach with nearly 30 years of experience in the self growth industry. I’m passionate about helping my clients define success on their terms and achieve the lives they desire by creating awareness about what’s holding them back and teaching mindset mastery so they can shift from fear to empowerment. I am very blessed to be able to do what I love…help people get out of their own way and transform their lives!
I am a Certified High Performance Coach™ through the High Performance Institute as well as a Certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance, which is an accredited program by the International Coach Federation.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. With nearly 30 years of experience in the self growth industry, I’ve worked with people of all ages, needs and goals. As a school counselor for many years, my favorite thing to do was coach students through identifying who they wanted to be and what direction they wanted to go in their futures. Then I worked with them to set and attain the goals they needed to get there. So it was a natural shift when I eventually made my own transition to coaching as a career and started my coaching business, Lone Tree Life Coaching, LLC, in 2005.
I called the company “Lone Tree” at that time because I felt like a lone tree out in the middle of nowhere. Which is essentially what I was. I lived in a very small rural town at the time and no one in the community I was living in, had ever heard of a life coach. In addition, my husband and I had just spent 8 years struggling with infertility. Talk about feeling alone… The truth is though, you are never alone. And that became my tagline: Lone Tree Life Coaching, LLC ~ Where You are Never Alone…
It was my mission to let others who felt so alone in their struggles know that not only were they not alone – they had someone in their corner to help them be motivated and empowered to change their lives.
Throughout my business history, I have taken on added ventures. I spent many years as the Director of Operations for the Conscious Affiliate Network (now EFG Consulting Inc.) And I served as the National Executive Director for a company called My Community Coupon. I’ve had numerous articles featured on sites like Evan Carmichael and Ezine Articles. I also used to write a column for MyDiningSpot .com as their resident expert on how to improve your life. My column the “Coach’s Corner” provides food for thought to people looking for ways to transform their lives as well as offering the opportunity for readers to write in with their own questions.
I have served on many boards throughout my career, both at the city and state level, including a term on a City Council. I currently belong to the Pueblo Business Women’s Network where I’ve served on their board for many years and in 2014 was selected as their Business Woman of the Year. All while running my own coaching business, writing, speaking, staying fit and raising a family.
In 2015 I celebrated 10 years in business. And with that anniversary came the decision to grow my business to the next level. I legally changed the business to an incorporation and Michelle Weimer Coaching, Inc. was proudly born. I am so excited for the next decade and beyond. I look forward to the possibilities and the opportunities that will most certainly unfold as I and my company continue to grow. So I want to invite you to come along on the journey with me…
As a personal transformation and success coach, I am a skilled listener possessing the intuition, critical thinking and analytical skills to communicate and inspire people to move forward in their lives. I specialize in creating awareness and teaching mindset mastery so that my clients can achieve the lives they desire. Through my educational background and years of experience, I have created a system to help clients redefine themselves, restore value, find their purpose and rewrite their life story so they can live with passion and achieve success on their terms.

- Business and Marketing: having training in how to start and market small businesses as well as experience in having started four businesses of my own

- Healthy Living through Fitness and Healthful Eating: having been a former finalist in the Body for Life program and a Team Beachbody Coach for many years, I continue to be an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast, currently using Advocare products in my own life and as a recommendation for countless others who work with me to improve their own health.
- Higher Education and Career Exploration: as a school and transition counselor for ten years
- Personal Growth and Development: not only through my formal education and over 25 years of experience in this field, but also through my own self growth and desire for improvement
- Communication and Relationships: the foundation for all my work, I know what it takes to create trusting relationships with my clients; not to mention a successful marriage of 25 years and counting
On a personal note, I enjoy working out, reading, cooking, coloring, listening to music, watching movies and creating relationships with other like minded people. One of my favorite ways to relax and unwind after a busy day is to sit on my back porch and watch the sun set with a glass of red wine or a great micro-brew in my hand.
My most valued treasure is spending time with my family. I am the mother of two beautiful girls who are my greatest blessings. I spend most of my “free” time cheering on my girls at their sporting events. I am their biggest fan! I have been married to my wonderful husband for twenty five years and we live in a beautiful area of Southern Colorado with our two girls, two dogs and two cats on two acres. Lastly, I believe that with faith, all things are possible.
