Travel Planning:
Please make arrangements to arrive at Sunrise Springs Spa Resort by no later than 4:00pm MT on Thursday, July 12, 2018 and depart on Sunday, July 15th, 2018 after 1:00pm MT. Transportation to and from the resort is your responsibility and is not included in your fees. However, we are happy to provide various travel options for you to choose from including various shuttles from and to both Albuquerque (ABQ) and Santa Fe (SAF) Airports.
If you want to come earlier or stay later, to explore all that Santa Fe has to offer, we have thoughtfully negotiated a special room rate for up to three nights before and after the retreat. Just let us know that you want to extend your stay and we’ll help you make those arrangements.
Our Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your reservation with us at any time between March 15, 2018 and April 20, 2018, a minimum of $500 from your initial payment will be retained as a non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between April 21, 2018 and May 31, 2018 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between June 1, 2018 and the trip departure date will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit is refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, price is subject to change. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
